You project a commanding telepathic choice into the targets mind. The target must make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell DC.

On a successful save, the target takes 3d6 psychic damage and must repeat the saving throw on their next turn with a +1 modifier to your spell DC.  If the target succeeds the saving throw on their next turn, they again take 3d6 psychic damage and must repeat the saving throw on their next turn with a +2 modifier to your spell DC. If they succeed on their saving throw on their 3rd turn, they take an additional 3d6 psychic damage and the spell ends.

On a failed save, the target must use its action to perform one of 2 highly embarassing actions dictated by the caster. These choices must be socially embarassing and can not have any physically harmful or deterrent effect on the target. (ie you cannot have a choice be to vacate the area or throw themselves upon their sword). After performing the selected choice, the spell ends and the target is "ashamed" until the end of their next turn. While ashamed, the target has disadvantage on its attack rolls and saving throws and enemies have advantage on saving throws against the targets spells. 

A creature of Chaotic Alignment can willingly choose to fail their saving throw and use their action to perform one of the choices. In this case the spell ends and the target does not suffer the "ashamed" status.

A creature with an intelligence below 8 is unaffected.
