Black Smite

The next time you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack during the spell’s duration, your weapon flares with negative energy, creating bursts of black light. The attack deals an extra 2d6 necrotic damage to the target. Additionally, if the target is a creature, it must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be unable to benefit from multi-attack. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the initial extra damage dealt by the attack increases by 1d6 for each slot.
