The signature move of the Decepticon Blackout, who used it to great effect during the Great War to disable and greatly damage enemy fortifications.
Briefly channel a ruinous energy within, before unleashing a devastating pulse outwards. Each creature within 50ft of you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 8d6 Force Damage, 2d6 Lightning Damage, and is pushed backwards 30ft from you. On a successful save, the damage is halved and a creature is only pushed back 15ft. A creature made of inorganic material such as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw.
In addition: The Pulse forms a Minor Antimagic Field for 30 Seconds/5 Rounds. The Field affects a 20ft radius around you when the Pulse is first generated, and is distinguishable by a faint blue and white sparking of the air within its area of effect. Spells and other magical effects, except those created by an artifact or a deity, are suppressed in the sphere and can't protrude into it. A slot expended to cast a suppressed spell is consumed. While an effect is suppressed, it doesn't function, but the time it spends suppressed counts against its duration.
