Clarity

You touch a creature and either end the effects of any Fear or Charmed effect on it, or end the effects of a single Enchantment spell or the Phantasmal Force spell. 

If the Enchantment spell is of 2nd level or lower it ends immediately, however if it is of a higher level then this spell must be cast with a spell slot of equal or higher level in order to take effect
