Infernal Detonation is a potent 5th-tier spell that allows you to turn a part of an enemy into a volatile bomb, dealing significant damage and causing chaos on the battlefield. When casting this spell, choose a creature within range that you can see. You must make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the chosen part of the creature (such as a limb, the torso, or the head) becomes infused with explosive energy, and it starts glowing with an ominous fiery aura.
For the next minute, the affected creature carries the volatile energy within them. At any time during the spell's duration, as a bonus action on your turn, you can detonate the charged part of the creature, unleashing a powerful explosion. All creatures within a 20-foot radius centered on the target must make a Dexterity and Strength saving throw against your spell save DC.
