You can expel a small jet of from your fingers/staff/wand/etc which has a range of 40ft. The target makes a DEX save and the spell misses on a success. The jet of water normally does 1d6 of damage and wets the target, the attack gets an extra 2 damage if it hits the target’s eyes. The water created by this spell can’t be used for other things, as the water that’s created disappears within minutes. The cantrip’s damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 10th level, 4d6 at 15th level and 5d6 at 20th level.
