Assess

You focus intently on 1 creature/object or collection of objects that can fit in a 5ft cube (such as a bag of coins) that you see in range. You learn one of the following facts:

• You learn an individual target's weight or the total combined weight of a collection of objects.
• You measure one dimension of the target: height, width, depth, perimeter or circumference.
• You learn the number of pieces the target's composed of or the number of objects or creatures the target holds.
• You learn the target's speed if it's moved since the start of its last turn.
• You learn what substance the object's composed of, provided you have a basic knowledge. e.g. the spell can't inform you that the sword's adamantine if you've never encountered/studied the metal before. If you have no knowledge of the substance, the spell fails.
