World Engine

This spell can be cast through the world engine. By using the power given from the Divines to control the power of the World Engine, any friendly creature chosen by you within a 30ft  range from you regain all their spell slots back except for their 9th level spells. Once cast this spell it cannot be cast again for seven days. Unless the Divine Goddess Siaska is within 5ft of the caster there would be a 25% chance of failing.
