Conduct Chorus

You weave your baton in a series of staccato movements. Each creature in a 30ft cube in range makes a Wisdom save or is restrained and compelled to sing. While it sings, it's unable to speak or cast spells with V components. If it doesn't have vocal cords, it makes its best attempts to make noise. An affected creature can repeat its save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

When a hostile creature enters the area within 60ft of an affected creature for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there and can hear it, it makes a Constitution save. On a failure, it takes 2d6 thunder damage for each creature it hears (max of 8d6). On a success, it takes half damage.
