Beckoning Death

You begin to float, chanting the words of the spell. the clouds then begin to reach down into the mouth of the horn. Then, red mist begins to flow out of the other end of the horn in a 150 foot cone below you. All creatures in that area must succeed on a dc13 dexterity saving throw or instantly die. At the end of your next turn, everyone who has died because of this spell reawakens as a lich at the start of your next turn. These liches all obey your commands, and have no memory of who they once were.
