You invoke the blessing of Eldath, goddess of druid groves, natural springs, and tranquil places. This spell can be cast in two variants, creating either a misting cloud of precipitation, or a concentrated volume of purifying water.
The cloud of precipitation fills a 20-foot radius cylinder within range to a height of 60 feet. Spells, breath weapons, and other effects that deal acid, fire, or poison damage deal 2 fewer points of damage per die (minimum 1) to creatures within the area. Burning fires are extinguished after 1d4 rounds unless they are protected, such as in a hooded lantern. Hazards such as green slime, brown mold, or yellow mold are destroyed at the same rate. Cloudkill, stinking cloud, and other persistent harmful gas effects overlapping the cloud dissipate after 1 round and are purified. The area is lightly concealed. As your action, you can move the cloud up to 20 feet in any direction.
The alternate variant fills an empty flask with a dose of enchanted water which lasts for 1 hour. Drinking it provides the benefits of the lesser restoration spell and restores 2d10+5 hit points.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the radius of the rain cloud increases by 10 feet for every slot level above 3rd.
