Celestial Lightning

Celestial Lightning is a 3rd level Evocation spell that is what it's namesake says it is.

When casted, a bolt of lightning crackles into existence and strikes it's intended target with tremendous force. The target must make a dexterity save against a DC8(+proficiency modifier + charisma modifier), or take 2d8 radiant damage, 1d6 lightning damage, and be knocked prone. On a successful save, the target only takes half damage and remains standing.

When cast at higher levels, Celestial Lightning can add 1 additional target for every level above 3rd level and damage increases by 1 hit dice for every level above 3rd as well.
