Charm World

The world is charmed by yours spell. You now control the world. After waiting all this time... you've casted it. Charm World. The world is now at your hands. (This spell breaks through all things that block it, like fay ancestry.) The description stated that it allowed you to control the world... but it feels off. As if... there's one soul that was able to escape. (It is recommended this be the center, or beginning of the plot! Maybe BBEG is trying to cast it, and party has to stop him. Or maybe BBEG already cast it, and he's trying to find the survivor[s]. DMs, feel free to edit to your will and all.)
