Afflicated Custodian

You pull energy from the Dream plane to touch a willing creature to transform it into a powerful Afflicted Custodian. The transformation and benefits last until the spell ends. You choose one of the following forms to assume: Dream Stalker or Thought Warden.

Dream Stalker. The creatures arms elongate and split providing an additional set of arms, mineral growths break through the skin, and they gain the following benefits:

• +5 bonus to AC,
• Walking speed increases by 30 feet,
• Strength or Dexterity based attack rolls are made with advantage,
• Melee weapon attacks deal an extra 4d6 psychic damage on a hit.

Thought Warden. Their skin appears inky black, their feet lift of the floor as they hunch over in pain and gain the following benefits:

• 40 temporary hit points.
• Flying speed equal to your walk speed,
• Blindsight of 120 feet,
• Constitution saving throws are made with advantage.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, you instead gain the benefits of both Dream Stalker and Thought Warden.
