Water Spear

You create a spear of rippling water and you make a ranged spell attack by launching there spear at a target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 Piercing damage and 1d6 Cold damage. Hit or miss, the spear then dispersal.

This spell's damage increases by 1d10 and 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d10) (2d6), 11th level (3d10) (3d6), and 17th level (4d10) (4d6).
