Choose a spot within 90ft, you summon a 3ft diameter, lidless, glowing eye floating 10ft above that spot. The eye resembles the caster's, and glows their eye color.
Scornful Aura: the eye has a dimly glowing aura of 30ft. Creatures within the aura are visible to the caster and cannot benefit from invisibility, being hidden or being obscured. If a creature attempts to leave the aura, then the caster can choose to force them to make a WIS saving throw. If the creature fails their movement ends for the turn and they suffer metal backlash from the eye, taking 7d6 Psychic damage.
Withering Glare: When initially summoned, the eye's gaze focuses on one target of your choice within it's aura. The creature must make a WIS saving throw or succumb to the pressure of the glare and take 7d6 Psychic damage. The target of withering glare makes the saving throw when it first becomes the target and at the end of each of their turns they are still the target. On the caster's subsequent turns, the caster can use their bonus action to change the target of withering glare.
As a bonus action, the caster can move the eye up to 30ft in one direction. Moving the eye does not trigger Scornful Aura if it causes a creature to leave the aura.
