A torrent of flame shoots into the air as a 5-foot diameter pillar directly underneath a target you can see within range and lasts until the spell ends or it is extinguished by any means. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. The target takes 2d10 Fire damage and every creature that starts its turn within 5 feet of the pillar must make a Dexterity Saving Throw or take an additional 1d6 Fire Damage on a failed save.
The spell ignites any flammable objects in the fire that aren’t being worn or carried.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the number of targets you can target increases by 1 and the of damage increases by 1d10 and 1d6 each slot level above 1st.
