At a point that you can see within range, you call forth whirling winds that form a large 100-feet tall cyclone; pulling every creature within 50 foot radius sphere around it towards the cyclone. Creatures within this range must make a Strength saving throw, being pulled into the cyclone and into the air on a failure and being knocked prone on a success. Flying creatures make this saving throw with disadvantage.
Creatures sucked into the cyclone cannot take any actions or bonus actions for three of their turns as they are lifted as high as 120 feet into the air and flung out in a random direction, taking 5d12 Bludgeoning damage upon hitting the ground.
Objects that are not fixated or heavier than 300 pounds are also pulled towards the center of the sphere and only creatures that are large or smaller can be pulled.
