Whispering Void

You beckon whispers from the eldritch void, directing them at one creature of your choice. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be bombarded with maddening whispers for the duration. While affected, the target is considered deafened to all other sounds and takes 1d6 psychic damage at the start of each of its turns. Each round on its turn, the affected creature can make another Wisdom saving throw to end the effect.
