Blinding Step

You teleport, streaking through the air like a commet. Each creature within a line 5 feet wide and up to 60 feet long must make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 3d6 radiant damage and is blinded until the start your next turn. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and is not blinded. You then appear at the end of the line or the nearest unoccupied space.
