Bind

You draw a circle around one building and chant a phrase in a language other than common the more pepole around you that understand the language the less powerful the spell is. You create a holding dome that binds up to 1d4+1 creatures within the dome, the dome has an AC of 25 but is lowered by 5 by every creature that understood the chants. The creatures the spell is binding can not use means other than destroying the barrier to leave the area. Any creature not under the spells efect can pass through the barrier and can see it as a shimmering light with a successful DC13 investigation check.
