When you use your action to touch someone and cast this spell, you attempt to drain the power from your target into yourself granting increased abilities. If the target is unwilling it must succeed on a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. If the target is willing or fails the saving throw, one of the targets ability scores, chosen by the caster, decreases by up to 5 points, determined by the caster, and the caster gains a boost to the same ability score equal to the amount removed from the target. The boost lasts for one hour, or until you end the spell early, when the ability scores return to normal, a creature cannot be targeted by this spell more than once per day and you cannot decrease a creature's ability score below 8 with this spell.
