You conjure a whirling torrent of illusionary insects and sand to obscure and distract a targeted creatures vision. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw or become affected by the illusion. 
While affected, the targeted creature has Disadvantage on any attack or perception (sight) based checks. Outside of combat, any targeted creature that fails the save has their vision lowered by 1/4.

Any affected creature can repeat the Wisdom saving throw at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a successful save.

This spells effects does not meaningfully affect any given creatures that use true sight, tremor sense or magically enhanced sight as their primary form of vision.
