Animate Shadows

Choose a number of creatures shadows within range equal to half your spellcasting modifier (rounded down). The shadows come to life under your control and have the stats of a shadow. As a bonus action on your turn, you can make as many of the shadows as you want take a turn. 

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell with a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can target an additional shadow for each spell slot above 4th.
