Warp Reality

Caster can bend reality to their will in unsettling ways. As an action, you can create an area of eldritch distortion within 30 feet of you. The area is difficult terrain, and any creature that starts its turn there must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your cleric spell save DC or take 2d8 psychic damage and be restrained until the start of its next turn. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
