Concordian Star Burst

A bolt of radiant light whistles through the air out of your hand towards a target within range before exploding in a bright flash of light and a loud bang. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit deal 3d4 radiant damage and 3d4 thunder damage.

Regardless of whether the attack hit or missed, the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is blinded and deafened until the end of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the radiant and thunder damage each increase by 1d4 for each slot above 2nd.
