A blizzard forms at a point you can see, bringing forth cataclysmic cold on the creatures within. The blizzard has a radius of 360 feet. Icy winds blow, and heavy snow falls, making the area heavily obscured. Ranged weapon attacks are made with disadvantage if the attack would pass through the area. At the start of each of their turns, every creature within the blizzard must make a constitution saving throw or take 2d8 cold damage, and gain one point of exhaustion. A creature with resistance or immunity to cold damage does not gain the point of exhaustion should they fail the saving throw.
If you maintain concentration on this spell for one full hour, the blizzard becomes permanent, unless dispelled by you, as an action, or through dispel magic.
While this spell is permanent, every 30 days it persists, its radius doubles.
