Blinding Shadows

When you cast this spell black shadows blast out of your fingers toward the eyes of your foes. Target up to five creatures forcing each to make an Int save taking 8d6 necrotic damage and suffering the blinded effect on a failed save and and half as much on a successful one. Succeeding the save also negates the blinded effect.
