Biden Blast

You concentrate and focus all your energy and wrath into you right palm for one turn. A beam of brilliant light flashes out from your right palm that will cover a range of 15-foot-wide, 270-foot-long line. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d8 radiant damage and is burned taking 1d4 burn damage for each turn up to 2 turns. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn't burned by this spell. Enemies with lower dexterity than the caster have disadvantage on this saving throw.

Biden blast can only be used once every long rest and can not be stackable.
