Blade of death (Elden Ring)

This is a special ash of war that you cannot take off of the black knife.

You can use a action to jump up 15 feet up into the air and then fire a blade of Death on a target up to 60 feet away. You cannot use this again unless you use a spell slot, if you use a spell slot above first level it deals an extra initial damage die.

If a creature is hit by the blade of death, doing damage equal to 10% of their health and their hit points are reduced by 10% for 3 turns, the blade attack does 3d6+wis necrotic damage and does 1d6 necrotic damage per turn for 3 turns
