Alf's Unexpected Armaments

Alf takes a portion of the Weave and in affront to Mystra herself, provides it for a target in sight to whack things with or avoid being whacked. This creates a simple/martial weapon or light armor, which equips to the target and are nor considered magical. However, holding the Weave in this form further damages Alf's fragile mind, and on dealing a critical hit (weapon)/receiving a critical hit (armor), Alf adds 1 to the Wild Magic tracker and immediately rolls. Also, the weapon/armor shatters, dealing an additional 2d6 to the target/dealing 2d6 to the attacker.
