Your Perception of time slows, giving you the ability to avoid damage. When in a situation that requires you to make a Dexterity saving throw, or if you are in combat, you can see the movements of enemies or projectiles as if they are moving incredibly slow.
You gain advantage on Dexterity Saving though and you gain +5 to your AC for one round + your spell caster modifier until the end of your next turn. During your turn, during this spells duration, you can use an bonus action to extend it for another full set of rounds, However you take an point of exhaustion if you do. You can do this bonus action each round.
You gain one point of exhaustion at the end of this spells effect.
You can not cast any spell of a reaction speed casting time while this effect is in effect.
