Black Hole of Imploding

At a point you can see within range a black hole appears and every creature in a 15 foot radius must make a Dex save or be sucked in to the black hole, every creature in a 5 foot radius around that gets pulled toward it. Every creature is stuck in the Black hole until initiative count 5 on which they get blasted out, each in a random direction from the chosen point. Every creature takes 12d6 force damage and falls prone assuming they can.
