You stretch out your hand toward a target that you can see. A white webbing shoots out of your finger tips and ensnares the target. The target takes no damage on the first round.
The target must succeed a strength saving throw toward the casters spell casting DC. On success the target is free and the webbing dissolves. On a failure the target can not move and is not able to attack.
If still concentrating on next turn the caster can tighten the webbing. The target must pass the spell casting DC with a strength saving throw. The target is able to use this as a reaction and does not count toward actions on their turn. On success the webbing does not tighten. On failure the target takes 1d6+spell casting modifier force damage.
At 8th,12th,16th, & 20th level the caster can add an additonal 1d6 to damage
