Cedra's Wicked Lance (Imperfect)

Make a ranged spell attack and roll a D20 before your attack roll. On a natural 1, the caster falls prone. On a natural 2 the spell fizzles and does nothing. Fire a solid bolt of otherworldly energy that deals 1d10 force damage to your target on hit. If the target is 30ft or closer, has less than 15 hp, and isn't wearing heavy or medium armor, the bolt instead punches a hole straight through them, incapacitating them, and into any creature or object in its path, dealing 1d10 piercing damage. Overpenetration cannot happen more than once per cast. This spell benefits only from the Eldritch Spear Invocation.
