You tap into the mysterious temporal knowledge granted by your patron, briefly manipulating the flow of time around you. When you cast this spell, you gain the ability to take an additional turn immediately after your current turn. This additional turn is separate from your regular turn and follows the same initiative order.
During this additional turn, you can take one of the following actions:
-
Retrospect: You can rewind time for a few moments, effectively undoing the effects of one action or decision you made during your last turn. You regain the hit points you lost, any spell slots or abilities you expended, or reposition yourself to a previous location. This action can only be used to negate one action or decision and cannot be used to undo the effects of multiple actions.
-
Accelerate: You can speed up time around you, granting yourself incredible speed and agility. During this turn, your movement speed is doubled, and you gain advantage on Dexterity saving throws and attack rolls. You can move through difficult terrain without penalty, and opportunity attacks against you are made with disadvantage.
-
Precognition: You glimpse into the future, gaining incredible insight. You can choose one target within 60 feet of you. For the next minute, both you and the chosen target have advantage on attack rolls and saving throws, and you both take half damage from any sources of damage. This effect ends prematurely if either you or the chosen target is incapacitated or moves more than 60 feet away from each other.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, you can take two additional turns instead of one, and you can choose different actions for each additional turn.
