You call to the fey wilds to conjure beasts of the wild. These beasts appear in an occupied space within a range you can see.
Choose one of the following options for what appears:
8 beasts of CR 2 or lower.
4 beasts of CR 3 or lower.
2 beasts of CR 4 or lower
1 beast of CR 5 or lower.
Each beast is considered fey, and disappears when it drops to 0 hit points, or when the spell ends.
The summoned creatures are friendly to you and your companions, roll initiative for them as a group, which has its own turns. They obey any verbal commands you issue to them (no actions required by you). If you don't issue a command, they will defend themselves from hostile creatures, or otherwise take no actions.
When you use a higher-level spell slot to cast this spell, you choose one of the summoning options above, and more creatures appear: Twice as many with a 5th level slot, 3 times as many with a 7th level slot, and 4 times as many with a 9th level slot.
