You use the power of nature to summon a huge bolt of pure energy and unleash it on an area within 1 mile of you. If the bolt is centered on a creature, it must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 10d10 Lightning damage (you must see the creature to reliably target it). All creatures within 200 ft. of the bolt strike must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, your choice of one of the following happens:
-The creature takes 40 Thunder Damage and is deafened for a number of weeks proportional to the failed save (e.g. if the save DC was 16 and the creature rolled a 13, it is deaf for three weeks).
-The creature takes 40 Radiant Damage and is blinded for a number of weeks proportional to the failed save (e.g. if the save DC was 16 and the creature rolled a 13, it is blind for three weeks).
A Creature takes half damage on a successful save and avoids other effects. If a creature rolls a critical failure on the Constitution save, its eyes or ears are permanently impaired.
The energy required for the bolt can only be taken from another source, such as a volcano, a wildfire, a gathering storm, an entity of magic, a tsunami, a huge waterfall, et cetra. When this spell is cast, the volcano goes dormant, the storm dissipates, the tsunami goes quiet.
