Bone Spurs

You point your finger at a creature and utter an incantation. Large, jagged bone spurs erupt from the feet and ankles of a creature you attack within the range of 60 ft. The creature must take 5d6 of necrotic damage and 3d6 of piercing damage.  In addition, the creature’s speed is halved, and it suffers 2d4 piercing damage each round it moves more than five feet.

When the spell is cast at a higher level necrotic damage increases by 1d6 and piercing damage increases by 1d6 per spell level.
