Brightspark {Repel Shadows}

You create a sphere of magical rainbow light with the following affects:

• Invisibility effects are dispelled, and creatures have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
• Any darkness spell of 7th-level or lower within the area is dispelled, and new such darkness spells cannot take effect within the area.
• Creatures of your choice within the area at the time of casting are blinded until the start of your next turn unless they make a successful Dexterity saving throw.
• Up to 6 creatures of your choice within the area gain the benefits of the Bless spell while they remain within the area. If a recipient of this benefit leaves the area and returns later, the benefit resumes. Evil-aligned, Undead, and Shadow creatures within the area at the start of their turn take 8d6 radiant damage and are frightened of you unless they make a successful Intelligence saving throw. On a success, the damage is reduced to half. A creature frightened by this spell can attempt another saving throw each time they end their turn outside the spell's radius.

  This spell was created by Steven the DM, for Clayton the Clairvoyant, a clone of Cameron the Clairvoyant. In this adventure, Clayton journeyed to the alter-Plane of Dreams; the Plane of Nightmares, and helped a Halloween-town fend off an invasion of shadow spirits to save the Spirit of Halloween.
