Alyssum's Lullaby

You hum a peaceful lullaby that puts a creature (which can be yourself) into a restful trance for 10 minutes. Afterwards, the creature is imbued with wakeful longevity for the duration of the spell. They no longer need to sleep and can’t be put to sleep by magic. Additionally, the time it takes to gain the benefits of a long rest is halved. Once the spells ends, the creature gains one level of exhaustion which can only be removed upon taking a long rest not influenced by this spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the duration increases by one day for each slot level above 3rd.
