while a creature is effected by this spell, they gain one of the following benefits. on your turn, you can use a bonus action to change to a different effect.
Curse of the Dire beast
While you can see the effected creature, you and all allies gain the benefit of Pack Tactics against the afflicted creature.
Curse of the Stone age
you can expend a spell slot to polymorph into a terrifying Prehistoric Beast without concentration. this creatures attacks are considered magical. if able, the Beast much attack the Afflicted creature on it's turn or have disadvantage.
Curse of the Undertow
you summon an unholy Tendril of the Undertow guardian Karkatol.
The summoned Tendril can move up to 20 ft. on your turn and can grapple a creature that is huge or smaller. creatures that are large or smaller upon a success are restrained. when grappled at the start of your turn, it can roll a slam attack. +8 to hit 2d10 + 6 bludgeoning damage.
Curse of the Sacred Skies
a murder of Crows surround the afflicted creature, they are given a superior bane and must subtract a d10 from all attack rolls and saving throws. this effect lasts for 10 subtracted rolls.
