Arrow of Death

You create a shaft and fletching which attach to your arrowhead. The whole arrow glows and sheds light in a 5 foot radius. You can then use an action to fire the arrow with a shortbow or a longbow. On a hit, the target suffers instant death. On a miss, the arrow dissipates and can be recalled as a bonus action for 1 minute once the spell is cast. If you fail to hit a living target while the spell lasts, you suffer instant death.
