Barusar's Blinking Blades

You create 5 illusory swords that slash at targets of your choosing that you can see within range. Each sword attacks once, and multiple swords can attack the same target.

Make a separate ranged spell attack for each sword. On a hit, a target suffers 3d8 psychic damage, as the target believes that it has been eviscerated.

After 1d4 rounds, unless a target has dropped to 0 hit points during that time, targets regain half of the hit points they suffered from this spell.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the number of swords increases by 1 for each slot level above 3rd.
