Though the adorableness of the Otter is something of a permanent state for them, they have learned to make calculated displays of cuteness in order to render foes helpless before their tiny hands and fluffy faces. At 3rd level, as an action, you can attempt to charm up to 3 creatures you can see with a display of cuteness, such as holding hands with another creature or attempting to smash open a scallop on your belly. Targeted creatures must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature(s) are charmed for 1 minute, fawning over the Otter and seemingly ignoring anything else going on around them. A failed save only results in a confused look. The save DC is 8 + your proficiency modifier + your Intelligence modifier. Any creature that does not possess eyesight automatically succeeds their save. You must complete a long rest before using this ability again
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
