You mark an object with your magical essence, imbuing it with your will. This allows you to cast the spell vortex warp on the object as though it were a creature that had chose to fail the saving throw. The object may not be larger than a 5-foot square or heavier than 200 lbs and cannot be touched by another creature at the time it is cast. If the object is affixed to another object or structure or contains another object that isn't marked when vortex warp is cast, the spell fails.

If a creature has the object in its possession, they must succeed on a Constitution saving throw to keep possession of the object (the creature can choose to fail). If a creature becomes attuned to the object after the spell has been cast, the mark is removed.

If you do not know the location of an object you have marked, you have advantage on ability checks made to find it.

A creature that is aware of your mark on an object can also cast the spell vortex warp on it. You must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or the object fails and is subject to the effects of the spell.

The mark is invisible and lasts for 8 hours.

The spell can be removed from an object with the dispel magic spell or by entering an antimagic field

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the size of the object can be larger by 5 foot or an additional object within range can be marked for each slot level above 1st.
