As an Action you try to Curse a target creature within range, that creature must make a WIS saving throw or become cursed for up to 1 minute or until concentration is lost.
A cursed creature begins to uncontrollably Babble nonsense, being unable to control what they say. Creatures babbling are "Silenced" and can not cast any spells that require Verbal components.
An affected creature can make another save at end of their turn to shake of the curse.
