Cook's Finesse

You rapidly heat a creature’s internal body temperature, causing pain, and requiring it to make a CON saving throw. The creature takes 2d6 fire damage and suffers disadvantage on their next attack or ability check until the end of their next turn, or only half damage on a success. Alternatively, when not in combat, this spell may be used to cook food when no other source of heat is around.
