Conelion's Bardic Elysium

You create an unparalleled masterpiece of music and magic, transforming the surroundings into a realm of pure wonder and enchantment. When you cast this spell, you touch the ground and designate a 120 cube Area. The chosen area becomes a haven of artistic perfection, an Elysium of creativity and inspiration.

The area becomes a paradise for artists, granting them the following benefits:

• Any creature within the area gains expertise in one artistic skill of their choice, including musical instruments, painting, or performance, for 24 hours or until you leave the Area.
• All spells or magical effects used for artistic or creative purposes (e.g., illusion spells, artistical performance-enhancing spells) cast within the area have their duration doubled and are automatically considered to be cast at the highest possible level.
• The chosen area becomes a source of boundless inspiration, and any creative work produced within its bounds is considered a masterpiece.
