You imbue yourself with tremendous speed as you start writing faster than the eye can see. You must remain next to its material components for the duration of the spell’s casting time, at the end of which you are left with a fully realized, elegantly written (nonmagical) book.
You can write pages of text, or add illustrations. This spell even allows you to draw a comic book. The contents of what you are going to write must already be clear to you before you cast the spell though, as this spell does not accelerate your thought process.
You can also choose to copy a piece of writing that you have either fully read or that you can hold next to the spell’s material components. This does not allow you to copy spell scrolls or manuscripts.
Alternatively you can choose to paint a picture, in which case the material components change to a canvas worth 20gp and a can of paint worth 10gp. Again, you can either create an original piece or choose to copy a painting which you have studied or that you hold next to the material components. The painting you produce must also be nonmagical.
* - (A stack of paper sheets worth 10gp and a vial of ink worth 5gp, which are consumed when this spell is cast.)
